		<description>When I interviewed Plas Johnson a few years ago he stated that he was allowed to improvise on Les Baxter&#039;s &quot;African Jazz&quot; and &quot;Jungle Jazz&quot; albums.  Les Baxter was too much of a perfectionist to leave much room for improvisation but it does show his obvious love of Jazz.  Evidence of improvisation can also be heard on his &quot;Teen Drums&quot; album which features a more unrestrained structure.
